In building The Thousand Ships, we often speak about systems —  
infrastructure, energy security, circular economies.

But what is often overlooked is this:  
True sustainability starts with the individual.

Recently, a stakeholder within our ecosystem shared his latest health screening results — his second set of improved readings following a period of discipline and recalibration.

 Key indicators:  
LDL (Bad Cholesterol): 3.06 mmol/L  
HbA1c (Blood Sugar): 5.5%

What does this mean?  
LDL:  
Optimal: \< 2.6 mmol/L  
Borderline: 2.6 – 3.3 mmol/L  
High: \> 3.4 mmol/L

→ At 3.06, this is improving and approaching optimal control.

HbA1c:  
Normal: 4.5 – 5.6%  
Pre-diabetes: 5.7 – 6.4%  
Diabetes: ≥ 6.5%

→ At 5.5%, this reflects strong metabolic health.

This is not just a health update.  
It is a signal.

A signal that alignment — with discipline, with rhythm, with intent — produces results.
