A Thousand Ships. A Future for All.

Supporting climate innovation, circular economy solutions, and early groundwork for resilient ocean vessels — operated transparently under iMerv Digital Pte Ltd.

Haily Thousand Ships Animated

Why this page exists

Many people have asked:

“How can we support your Thousand Ships vision and climate innovation work?”

At the same time, some of the entities connected to this vision, such as Haily, are still formalizing their internal governance, financial reporting, and investor frameworks. Until that is fully stabilized and transparent, it would not be fair — or safe — to invite anyone to participate through those structures.

Why support is channelled under iMerv Digital

To protect supporters and maintain accountability, all voluntary support is currently channelled through iMerv Digital Pte Ltd (“iMerv”), which I personally manage and oversee.

Operating under iMerv allows us to:

  • Maintain clear records and proper documentation
  • Provide transparent reporting on how funds are used
  • Move the climate innovation agenda forward without waiting for other entities to “catch up” internally
  • Avoid misrepresenting any relationship as a formal investment into an entity that has not yet opened regulated fundraising

This page is not an offer of shares or securities. It is an option for people who already know and trust me to support the mission work, not to “buy into” a company at this stage.

What your support makes possible

Haily Markets Partners Ecosystem

Support channelled through iMerv will be used for mission-aligned work only, such as:

Research & Concept Development

  • Circular waste-to-energy pathways (e.g. low-temperature pyrolysis)

  • Climate-resilient vessel concepts and floating infrastructure

  • Systems thinking around food, water, energy, and waste on the ocean

Prototyping & Early-Stage Design

  • Simulation, modelling, and conceptual design work

  • Collaboration with engineers, designers, and domain experts

  • Feasibility studies for “Thousand Ships” style deployments

Outreach, Ecosystem & Education

  • Speaking, writing, and public education around climate resilience

  • Community, NGO, and ecosystem partner engagement

  • Content creation (articles, visuals, frameworks) to explain the vision

Operational Backbone

Basic administrative, compliance, and professional support needed to keep the work running responsibly

Your support keeps the engine of thinking, design, and groundwork alive — so that when the world finally wakes up to the urgency, we are not starting from zero.

Use-of-funds principles

Haily Governance and Readiness

iMerv operates on a few simple principles:

No lifestyle funding

  • Contributions are not used for luxury spending or unrelated personal consumption.

Prototyping & Early-Stage Design

  • Simulation, modelling, and conceptual design work

  • Collaboration with engineers, designers, and domain experts

  • Feasibility studies for “Thousand Ships” style deployments

Documented & trackable

  • All support received is recorded in iMerv’s books with clear categorisation.

Transparency practices

Haily Sentosa Seaview

We will adopt the following practices:

Periodic supporters’ update (e.g. quarterly email or PDF) summarising:

  • What work was done

  • Key milestones / learning

  • High-level use of funds (no personal data of supporters shared)

Upon request (for significant supporters), we can provide:

  • A simple breakdown of how their contributions were deployed

  • Clarification on project priorities and next steps

This is not the same as a listed-company annual report — but it is a conscious effort to honour your trust with clarity and accountability.

You can choose how you’d like to support, depending on your comfort level.

Voluntary Financial Support

For individuals or organisations who wish to provide voluntary financial support to the mission:

“We currently accept support via bank transfer / PayNow / PayPal
Please contact us at mar.vin@imervdigital.com for details.”

You may indicate if your support is:

  • Once-off support

  • Periodic (e.g. monthly / quarterly)

  • Project-specific (e.g. “for vessel design work”, “for educational content”)

Strategic & In-Kind Support

Not all support has to be financial. You can also contribute through:

  • Technical expertise (engineering, naval architecture, climate science, policy)

  • Legal, compliance, or governance guidance

  • Design, storytelling, or media

  • Partnerships for pilots, testbeds, or demonstrations

  • Access to networks, platforms, and decision-makers

If you’d like to explore such collaborations:

Very important — please read carefully.

  • This page does not constitute an offer of shares, securities, or units in any fund, company, or collective investment scheme.

  • Contributions made through iMerv do not give rise to equity ownership, voting rights, profit-sharing, or guaranteed financial returns of any kind.

  • iMerv Digital Pte Ltd is not currently offering any MAS-regulated investment products under this page.

  • Any support you provide is voluntary, and should be based on your belief in:

    • The climate mission

    • The Thousand Ships vision

    • My personal track record and integrity

  • Future corporate entities (e.g. Haily or others) may, in time, pursue separate, regulated fundraising or equity offerings. Those will be handled via their own proper channels, documents, and approvals.

While it is our intention to honour early supporters (for example, through priority access to information or future opportunities where lawfully permitted), there is no legal or contractual entitlement created by contributing through this page.

If you are unsure, please seek independent legal or financial advice before deciding to provide any support.

Q1. Is this an investment into Haily or any other company?

No. Support provided through this page is not an investment into Haily or any other entity. It is voluntary support for mission-driven work coordinated under iMerv Digital Pte Ltd.

Q2. Will supporters get shares in the future?

There is no guarantee of future shares, returns, or participation rights.
If, in future, Haily or another entity runs a formal fundraise, that will be a separate process with its own documents and approvals. We may, where appropriate and legally permitted, inform early supporters first, but that is not a promise of allocation or entitlement.

Q3. Can I get a record or acknowledgment of my support?

Yes. For any support received via bank or digital channels, we can provide:

  • An official acknowledgment email from iMerv Digital

  • A simple statement describing the nature of your support (e.g. “voluntary support for climate innovation and Thousand Ships groundwork”)

Q4. Is my support refundable?

As a default, all support is treated as non-refundable voluntary support directed towards mission work.
If you foresee the need for a different arrangement (e.g. project-specific agreements), we can discuss this separately before you commit.
